Anti-Spam Policy

FeedmailPro does not tolerate spam.

Here is what we do to prevent it:

  • All new subscribers to lists managed by FeedmailPro go through a double opt-in process.
  • All imported lists must be double-opt in and are further tested by slowly rolling out emails to them while checking unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint rates.
  • All newsletter emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
  • All newsletter emails have a physical address of the sender at the bottom in compliance with the CAN Spam act.
  • All newsletter emails use the List-Unsubscribe header used by many ISP's.
  • Any email addresses that bounce are automatically unsubscribed (after 1 hard bounce or 3 soft bouces).
  • Any email addresses where we receive a complaint (typically via a "report spam" feature in an email client) are automatically unsubscribed (although we'd prefer you use the normal opt-out process).
  • We monitor all lists for unusual activity in three areas: unsubscribes, bounces, or complaints and deactivate any account which looks suspicious.

If you have a complaint about a FeedmailPro user who you believe is spamming, please forward the email in question to abuse@feedmailpro.com and describe why you believe it is spam.
